              Mondays (8:00am - 9:45am):  6/17, 6/24, 7/8, 8/5
               Wednesdays (8:00am - 9:45am): 6/19, 6/26, 7/10, 8/7
                 Fridays (8:00am - 9:45am): 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 8/9

    $10.00 per individual training session...or pay $100.00 up front
             (savings of $20.00)
for all training sessions (12 total)
